Your home in Texas for a little while... or a long while…
Listed below are general campground rules.
All are enforced so that every guest enjoys the time spent here.
1) CAMPING RATES include two (2) guests per site. Additional charges are applicable for more than two guests. Any children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
VISITORS must register with Management. Overnight visitors may incur additional charges.
2) PARKING SPACE is limited. Two vehicles are allowed, excluding your RV. Space permitting, additional vehicles may be allowed with prior Management approval.
3) SPEED LIMIT is seven and a half (7.5) MPH 24 hours per day, and is strictly enforced. Violators may be asked to leave.
4) PETS are allowed. Two (2) only, unless approved by Management. Pets must be of friendly disposition and kept on a leash at all times when outside of the RV, or when walked in the campground. No aggressive breeds are allowed in the campground. Final decision will be made by Management. All pets must be up to date with vaccines. Pets must be inside RV if guest(s) leaves the park. Pets may NOT disturb other guests with barking, growling, or yipping. All animal waste must be picked up immediately and properly disposed of by pet owner(s). Final decisions will be made by Management.
5) WATER and SEWER leaks, however slight, must be repaired immediately. Sewer rings / collars are required to be used on all RV to prevent leakage or odors. (Management can provide these at an additional charge.) RVs with dual sewer hoses must use a manufactured "Y" connection. WATER HOSE connections are required to be coiled neatly beside connections.
6) ALL UTILITIES are underground. DO NOT DIG or make any other ground penetrations without PRIOR approval from Management. Utility locations may not be obvious, and could be DEADLY.
7) SITE MAINTENANCE: SC will maintain all general common areas of the campground, as well as individual sites for vacant sites, and for daily / weekly guests. Monthly guests are required to regularly maintain their site in a neat and tidy manner, (i.e. mowing of lawns, weeding, etc.).
8) LANDSCAPING of any campground vegetation by the guest, (i.e. trees, shrubs, etc.), is prohibited without prior approval of Management.
9) PONDS are not suitable for swimming at this time. They are merely ornamental. However, they can be used as a fishing pond at guests / visitors risk. SC liability rules apply.
10) WASHING RIGS / VEHICLES requires prior approval from Management. State water restrictions may apply.
11) VEHICLE REPAIR and/or OIL CHANGES are not allowed in the campground.
12) SATELLITE DISHES, site furniture, sheds, fencing, planters, etc. are subject to Management approval. Clothes lines are prohibited.
13) RV SKIRTING, stairs, decks etc. are subject to Management approval.
14) QUIET TIME is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, unless otherwise approved by Management. Loud, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct that threatens the enjoyment of other guests, will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
15) VIOLENCE or threat of violence, or domestic disturbances will not be tolerated. Violators will be ejected from the campground, and all agreements will be terminated immediately.
16) FIREARMS or other weapons cannot be displayed or discharged in the campground. FIREWORKS also cannot be discharged in the campground.
17) ILLEGAL DRUGS and related paraphernalia, or drug manufacture is prohibited in the campground and related properties. Violators will be ejected from the campground, and all agreements will be terminated immediately.
18) HAZARDOUS MATERIALS are prohibited from being stored on your site.
19) FIREWORKS are prohibited from being discharged in the park.
20) GRILL, GRIDDLES, STOVES are prohibited from being used on picnic tables.
21) CAMPFIRES are allowed only in campground fire pits, and are subject to state burn ban restrictions. Local wood only can be burned. (Wood bundles are available for purchase from Management).
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules, without a refund.
Guests and their visitors agree to use the campground at their own risk.
You are visiting a natural and native Texas environment. There are dangerous and potentially lethal flora and fauna on the premises . SC will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from an interaction with native species.
The Owner and Management are not responsible for any damage, injury, any lost or stolen personal articles, or loss / damage / injury to persons, pets or property from any cause.
SC reserves the right to make changes to the rules and fees that we deem necessary.
